Randy Whitesides
Owner
Randy has lived in the Keys for over a decade and calls Key Largo home. He is a long time entrepreneur and business consultant. In 2007, he founded Neptune Boat Lifts with his partner Jimmie Harrison. In just a few short years Neptune has become the premier boat lift builder in the industry. In 2009, Randy and Jimmie took over the Atlantic Davits & Boatlifts and founded Neptune Atlantic Boatlifts, which combined the experience of a 20-year old installation, sales and service company with the finest boat lift builder in the industry. Randy, a long time boater, diver and fishing fanatic, is dedicated to supplying only the finest and most dependable marine products to our customers.

Jimmie Harrison
Owner
Jimmie is a native and lifelong resident of Fort Lauderdale. He is the owner and president of Frank & Jimmie's Propeller Shop in Fort Lauderdale which was established in 1947 and now has locations in Key Largo, The Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Cancun and Columbia. He is a Board member of the Marine Industries Association of South Florida, a Board member of the Marine Advisory Board for Fort Lauderdale and is the President of the National Marine Propeller Association. Frank & Jimmie's was the South Florida Manufacturers Association Manufacturer of the Year in 2007.

John Knowles
Operations Manager/General Contractor
John is a native 3rd generation Floridian who grew up in Leesburg, Florida. He worked under the previous owners of Atlantic Davits & Boatlifts and returned to the island he loved after working for one of the premier construction management companies in Central Florida. He graduated from University of Florida, with a degree in Construction Management (BCN). He joined the senior management team of Neptune Atlantic Boatlifts and is our General Contractor. John is responsible for all aspects of construction, installation and sales. He enjoys all types of water sports, whether it be fishing, boating or water skiing, and restoring his 1967 GTO.

Mona Yeager
Office Manager
Mona grew up in Miami but has called Key Largo her home for the last 14 years. She has an AA degree in Business and Interior Design. Mona became a licensed Real Estate Agent at 21 and sold real estate for over a decade. Her 19-year career as a Legal Secretary/Paralegal/
Office Manager for law firms in Miami and the Keys gave her a good sense for business. In her 8 years at TIB Bank, she progressed to the Facilities Manager for 19 branches and to their Corporate Recruiter. Returning to the local Keys lifestyle, she joined the senior management team of Neptune Atlantic's as their Office Manager. Mona loves spending time with her family and friends, doing anything on the water and is generally in the middle of some type of design or decorating project.

Kasandra Klein
Dock Shop/Service Manager
Kasandra has been a Florida Keys resident for eight years. She joined the United States Navy in 2004 as an Aviation and Support Equipment Mechanic. She currently serves as a Reservist/Readiness Petty Officer for the Naval and Marine Corps Operation Support Unit in Hialeah, Florida and permanently moved to the Keys in 2008. Kasandra joined the Neptune Atlantic team as our Dock Shop and Service Manager. She is the voice of Neptune Atlantic Boatlifts. Kasandra's responsibilities include retail dock accessories and equipment purchasing and sales, walk-in service and repair troubleshooting and scheduling for all davit and boat lift services for our customers. She enjoys working on cars, fishing, cooking, grilling and spending time with her family.

Mike O'Connor
Installation Supervisor
Mike was born and raised in New Jersey and moved his family to Key Largo in 1996. He raised four children through the Monroe County School System. He is a 30-year retired United States Coast Guard Chief. Mike holds a 100 Ton Master License. He joined the Neptune Atlantic Boatlift team in 2008. If Mike is not installing your lift, you will find him out fishing and reeling in the "big one".

Aaron Anker
Installation Supervisor
Aaron was born and raised in the Keys and graduated from Coral Shores High School in 2004. Aaron moved to West Palm Beach for two years and worked for a construction company that specialized in home repair. He returned to the Keys and joined the Neptune Atlantic Boatlift team in 2008. Aaron loves the Keys lifestyle and enjoys fishing, shrimping and getting together with friends.

Gene Crowder
Installer
Gene was born and raised in New York. He served in the United States Army in active duty for ten years and as a Reservist for another ten years. After retiring from the Army, Gene worked for the next 20 years as a Therapy Aide. He moved to Key Largo in 2008 and joined the Neptune Atlantic Boatlift team. Gene loves the Keys weather and enjoys spending time with friends and family.
