Randy Whitesides
President/Owner
Randy has lived in the Keys for over a decade and calls Key Largo home. He is a long time entrepreneur and business consultant. In 2007, he founded Neptune Boat Lifts with his partner Jimmie Harrison. In just a few short years, Neptune Boat Lifts has become the premier boat lift builder in the industry. In 2009, Randy and Jimmie took over the Atlantic Davits & Boatlifts and founded Neptune Atlantic Boat Lifts, which combined the experience of a 20-year old installation, sales and service company with the finest boat lift builder in the industry. After the first year in business Randy opened a 2nd retail location in Key Largo and in the 2nd year will be adding Neptune Atlantic Barge Company to the business as well. Randy, a long time boater, diver and fishing fanatic, is dedicated to supplying only the finest and most dependable marine products to our customers.

Jimmie Harrison
Owner
Jimmie is a native and lifelong resident of Fort Lauderdale. He is the owner and president of Frank & Jimmie's Propeller Shop in Fort Lauderdale which was established in 1947 and now has locations in Key Largo, the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Cancun and Columbia. He is a Board member of the Marine Industries Association of South Florida, a Board member of the Marine Advisory Board for Fort Lauderdale and is the President of the National Marine Propeller Association. Frank & Jimmie's was the South Florida Manufacturers Association Manufacturer of the Year in 2007.

Mona Yeager
VP/Office Manager
Mona grew up in Miami but has called Key Largo home for over 15 years. She has an AA in Business Management and Interior Design. At 21, Mona became a licensed Realtor and sold real estate for over a decade. Her 19-year career in Miami and Keys law firms as a legal secretary, paralegal and office manager, gave her a good sense for business, management and organization. During her 8 years at TIB Bank, she worked as their Facilities Manager, Corporate Recruiter, HR Generalist and Compliance Officer. In 2009, she joined the senior management team of Neptune Atlantic as their Vice-President/Office Manager. Mona runs the day to day business of Neptune Atlantic Boat Lifts. She designed and opened our 2nd retail “Dock Shop” in Key Largo at MM 105 - Bayside (across from Key Largo School) to serve the needs of the Upper Key Largo residents. Mona enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, boating and is always in the middle of some type of decorating project.

Jay Johnson
Operations Manager/Marine Contractor
Jay comes to Neptune Atlantic Boat Lifts with over 15 years of marine construction operations and management experience and over 21 years of experience in general management, sales, training and customer service. He designed and built two work barges and has owned or operating several marine construction businesses throughout his career. Jay will help build and manage our 2nd company, Neptune Atlantic Barge Company, which will allow us to offer full service marine construction services from Ocean Reef to Key West. His expertise in the construction and design of piers, pilings, docks and seawalls will enhance the services we are currently offering our customers. Jay has an AA in Business Management and started a 2nd degree in Architectural and Building Technology. He is Licensed Marine Contractor. Originally from South Carolina, Jay has lived in Florida for the past 5 years and now calls Key Largo home. Jay, a long time sports enthusiast, is totally committed to 100% customer satisfaction.

Bill Camp
Sales and Service Coordinator
Bill, a former Atlantic Davits employee, has re-joined Neptune Atlantic Boat Lifts, as our Sales and Service Coordinator. Bill's former positions with the old Atlantic Davits on the Service and Installation Crew and as the Warehouse Manager will make you feel that he can solve or at least understand any question that you may have. His background includes 29 years of experience in business to business and consumer sales, management and administration. Bill possesses proven marketing, advertising and promotional event campaign planning from conception to close. He also brings web design and management, internet marketing, graphics design, audio & video production and a high aptitude for learning and implementing software applications to our team. Bill has been a Musician his entire life and when not at work you can find him playing in his band, performing wedding ceremonies or performing his authentic impersonation of Captain Jack Sparrow from Pirates of the Caribbean.

THE INSTALLATION CREW

Mike O'Connor
Installation Supervisor and Barge Captain
Mike joined the Neptune Atlantic Boatlift team in 2008 and has lead our installation, service and repairs crews. Mike will be responsible for the seawall, piling, dock and deck installation, repair, and restoration division. Mike was born and raised in New Jersey and moved his family to Key Largo in 1996. He raised four children through the Monroe County School System and just had his youngest graduate from college. He is a 30-year retired United States Coast Guard Chief. Mike holds a 100 Ton Master License. If Mike is not installing your lift, running our barge or installing your new pilings, you will find him spending time with his family and friends or out fishing and reeling in the “big one”..

Aaron Anker
Service and Installation Supervisor
Aaron also joined Neptune Atlantic in 2008 and is responsible for running boat lift installation, service and repair crews. He is the one you will always see on top of the scaffolding, pneumatically hammering in the I-Beams on the lift installations. Aaron is a born and raised Conch and graduated from Coral Shores High School in 2004. He moved to West Palm Beach for two years and worked for a construction company that specialized in home repair. Aaron loves the Keys lifestyle and enjoys fishing, shrimping and getting together with friends.

Eric Rundgen
Installation Crew
Eric is the latest member to our Installation Crew and has been with us since April of 2011. Eric also grew up in the Florida Keys and graduated from Coral Shores High School in 2006. He studied at Tallahassee Community College and Marine Mechanics Institute in Orlando and is just shy of his Associates Degree. He work experience is based around the water and the marine industry. He brings mechanic and electrical experience, computer skills, and in his previous job as marine parts coordinator to Neptune Atlantic Boat Lifts. Eric enjoys boating, fishing, music and his friends.
