Dear John,
Cheryl & I want to express our deep appreciation to you and your company in purchasing and installing our boat lift. A special "hat's off" to your team. Please tell them 'thank you' from us. When they showed up at our house to re-fit the walkway on the lift I was very grateful and delighted.I had no idea that it was not installed properly. He did the "right" thing and that is something I won't forget and will be singing Neptune Atlantic praises any chance I get.

Another plus is that I listened to your suggestion of going with the 10,000 pound lift rather than a smaller one. We had at least 70 mph gusts during Hurricane Ike;  the boat and lift did not move a quarter of an inch - actually there was no movement that I was able to detect. I followed your recommendations for securing the boat to the dock and the lift and the boat rode very well through the storm. Some of my neighbors were not so lucky. Please accept my thanks and pass them along to all of your employees.
